About the Founder, Shahram Mokhtarzadeh Broker since 1989

Shahram "Robert" Mokhtarzadeh started his career with Grant Thornton Accounting Firm, one of the big eight accounting firm in the Bay Area, San Francisco. After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Taxation at California State University in Hayward. Robert joined Grant Thornton to learn and understand the growth and development of real estate industry. In addition, Robert acquired extensive experience on auditing, accounting, bookkeeping and taxation.

He is presently and actively involved with the real estate community and an active member of Mortgage Bankers Association, Malibu Association of Realtors, Beverly Hills and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, And International Council of Shopping Centers.

It was in 1987 when Robert started performing real estate transactions and activities. He handled commercial property management for properties located at Northern California, Southern California and Texas. In 1989, he became a licensed Broker in the State of California. From then on, his entrepreneurial spirit lead him to diversify.AERO REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT became an entity in 1992. Under his company, Robert handled the acquisition, development, planning and zoning, construction and management of multi-family residential.
